SURANI — SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during:
Product launches
High-demand sale periods
Public holidays or unforeseen delays
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer secure and insured shipping across India.
Shipping Time:
5–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Partner:
We use reputable carriers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post EMS) to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Attempt:
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after two attempts, it may be returned to us. If this happens, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Surani ships worldwide to most countries.
Shipping Time:
7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Import Duties & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
International Carriers:
We partner with reliable international carriers such as:

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment.
It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the courier's system.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Surani is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Wrong pin code
Unreachable contact number
Re-shipping fees may apply.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All shipments are insured until delivery.
If your package is damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the damage.
If your package is lost or stolen:
Notify us immediately.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
Surani is not responsible for theft or loss after the courier marks the package as delivered.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions due to:
Legal regulations
Courier limitations
High-risk or remote areas
If your country is restricted, you will be notified at checkout or contacted after placing the order.
8. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse locations. You will receive tracking details for each package.
9. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO SENDER
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
Repeated delivery failure
Incorrect address
Refusal to pay customs duties
Refusal to accept the package
You may be responsible for:
Reshipping charges
Any applicable return fees
Additional duties or customs charges
No refunds will be processed for refused or abandoned international packages.
