Refund policy
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
1.1 “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”
Refers to House of Surani Pvt. Ltd., the manufacturer and seller of Surani-branded watches.
1.2 “Customer”, “You”, or “Your”
Refers to any individual or entity purchasing a Surani product directly from House of Surani Pvt. Ltd. or through our authorized channels.
1.3 “Product” or “Watch”
Refers to any Surani-branded wristwatch or accessory sold by the Company.
1.4 “Order”
Refers to the purchase of one or more Products by the Customer via the Company’s website, authorized retailers, or official sales channels.
1.5 “Warranty”
Refers to the manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship as outlined in the Surani Warranty Policy.
2. Scope
2.1 This Policy governs all purchases of Surani Watches made through:
The Surani official website
Authorized Surani retailers
Surani-approved online marketplaces
Direct sales conducted by Surani representatives
2.2 This Policy applies to all Customers, regardless of geographical location, unless prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 By placing an Order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
3. Policy Statement
3.1 No Returns
All sales made by House of Surani Pvt. Ltd. are final.
The Company does not accept returns of any Product once sold, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection
Preference-related issues
Gift-related concerns
3.2 No Refunds
The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances once an Order has been placed and processed.
We do not offer refunds for any orders except in the rare case where a product arrives damaged. If you believe your product has been delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
All refund claims are subject to inspection. Surani reserves the right to approve or deny a refund request at our sole discretion if the product is found to be undamaged, tampered with, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Warranty Claims (Not Classified as Returns or Refunds)
4.1 Although the Company does not accept returns or issue refunds, all Products are covered under the Surani Manufacturer’s Warranty.
4.2 Warranty claims are strictly limited to repair or servicing of eligible defects.
4.3 The Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, impact, or negligence
Water damage beyond the rated depth
Wear and tear from normal use
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, strap wear, etc.)
4.4 Approval of warranty claims is at the sole discretion of the Company’s service team.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been successfully processed.
5.2 In rare cases where the Company cancels an Order due to internal or logistical reasons, the Customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchase, use, or inability to use the Product.
6.2 This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law; however, where permitted, the Company expressly excludes all implied warranties.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
